Phil earned a B.A. in Communication and a Minor in Business at Boise State University in 2021.
Phil provides research and data analysis support for appraisal projects as part of the appraiser trainee process and is currently pursuing a certification as a Certified General Appraiser and is also a . During his time at Boise State, Phil was a collegiate football player. Currently, he is a volunteer football coach at Sherwood High School (Sherwood, OR). He enjoys football, basketball, and spending time with his wife Gabby and his two dogs Remi and Indy.
