The Boeckman Road Corridor project was designed to upgrade Boeckman Road between Canyon Creek Road and Wilsonville/Stafford Road in order to make it safer and easier for all users along the corridor. The project included the addition of a new bridge over Boeckman Creek, street improvements and intersection upgrades, expanded sewer capacity, and stormwater upgrades. Our firm completed 15 appraisals regarding partial acquisitions of right-of-way dedications, utility and access easements, wall easements, and temporary construction easements.
